Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days depending on the item, order volume, and customization requirements.
Custom or personalized piñatas may require additional production time.
During holidays, peak seasons, or high order volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Rush Orders

We offer rush production options for eligible orders. Rush availability may vary depending on our current workload and carrier availability.
Please contact us before ordering if you need guaranteed expedited processing.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.
Because piñatas are oversized handmade items, shipping costs may vary significantly depending on box dimensions and destination.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier.
Piñata Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- High seasonal shipping volume
- Events outside our control
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, additional shipping fees may apply to reroute or reship the order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping payment before reshipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Piñata Bloom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Reach out to us so we can help assist with the claim process if applicable
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.
