🎉 Do your piñatas come filled?
No, our piñatas do not come filled unless stated otherwise. This helps protect the piñata during shipping and allows you to choose your own candy, toys, or party favors.
🍬 How do I fill the piñata?
All of our piñatas are shipped with a pre-cut 2" x 2" filling hole located on the upper side of the piñata. The hole is covered with a branded sticker. Simply remove or cut through the sticker, add your fillers, and your piñata is ready for the party.
📦 How much candy can the piñata hold?
Large Size 24" × 18" × 4"
Holds approximately 5–8 lbs of fillers
Extra Large Size 30" × 20" × 4"
Holds approximately 8–12 lbs of fillers
Capacity may vary slightly depending on piñata shape and the type of fillers used.
✍️ Can I personalize my piñata?
Yes! Many of our piñata designs can be personalized with names, numbers, colors, themes, or special details. Please leave your personalization details during checkout or contact us directly.
⏳ How long does it take to make my order?
Each piñata is handmade to order. Processing times may vary depending on the design and our current order volume. Please refer to the listing for the most accurate production timeline.
🚚 Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule and require purchasing a separate Rush Order Listing. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm availability.
📬 Are you responsible for shipping delays?
Once an order has shipped, shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues are outside of our control. We highly recommend ordering in advance and providing your event date when placing your order.
🎨 Will my piñata look exactly like the photo?
Each piñata is handmade, so slight variations may occur. Colors and materials can vary slightly depending on availability, but we always do our best to closely match the design shown.
❌ Do you accept cancellations or returns?
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and production has started.
We do offer a 7-day return window after delivery for eligible items. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and approved before being sent back.
Please note: personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns.
