How do I place a custom order?

Simply visit our Custom Orders page and fill out the contact form with your event details, theme, colors, and any personalization requests. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote.

Can I see a preview before my piñata is made?

Yes! For complex custom designs, we can provide a digital sketch or mood board before production begins. Just ask when submitting your request.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks before your event to allow time for production and shipping. For rush orders, please contact us first to confirm availability.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Once production has started, we are unable to offer cancellations as materials have already been used. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel.

Rush Fees

How much does a rush order cost?

Rush fees vary depending on the complexity of the order and how quickly you need it. Typically, rush production adds $15–$30 to your order. Contact us for an exact quote based on your timeline.

What if my event is in less than a week?

We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests! Contact us immediately and we'll let you know if rush production and expedited shipping can get your piñata to you in time.

Filling Piñatas

Do your piñatas come filled?

Our piñatas are sold unfilled unless otherwise specified. We can discuss filling options for an additional fee — just mention it when placing your order!

How much candy fits in a piñata?

It depends on the size! A standard piñata holds approximately 2–3 lbs of candy or small toys. Larger sizes can hold more.
